(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
I am totally new to raising chickens. Last Thursday I got my little flock. They are adorable!

(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
I have twelve 2 week old chicks.

(3) What breeds do you have?
Easter Eggers, Barred Plymouth Rock, Buff Orpington, Cuckoo Maran, Golden Laced Wyandottes, and Delaware - 2 chicks of each.

(4) How did you find out about BackYardChickens.com?
While I was searching for information about getting and raising chickens, BackYardChickens.com kept coming up. Great information!

(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
Right now, not any

(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
I have 3 daughters and homeschool them, hence, no hobbies. LOL We also have 1 cat and 4 dogs.

I have 42

(3) What breeds do you have? 2 of everything except where noted:
Barred Plymouth Rock, Buff Orpington, Cuckoo Marans (4), Golden Laced Wyandottes, Delaware (1), white crested Blue Polish (1), silver laced Polish, Partridge silkie, Red silkie, buff Brahma, silver Spangled Hamburg, silver lakenvelder, silver laced cochin, Rhode Island red, Sicilian Butter cup (1), OEGB(I), Ameraucanas (4), Buckeye (3), Australorp, Indian jungle fowl (1), Buff Catalana (1), and 1 buff leghorn (i think... BYC helped with that one!) whew,, I think that's it, and I think I may have a problem

Gardening, crafting

I have two sons, one of him is a veteran that lives at home while going to school. I have an elderly dog, and even more elderly cat, a 5 foot ball python, a male Pekin duck, several fish, and a crabby guinea pig.
