New to hatching question?

So today is day 21 no pips but im hearing quite a bit of cheeping? Does this mean one is trying to pip or is it normal for them to cheep awhile? It has been Cheeping half a day now but i dont see and pips.

That means they pipped through the air bubble

If the temps ran a little low they may take their time, but yeah, they can peep for awhile. I don't know how long is too long.
