New to hatching with an incubator

My 21 days were up yesterday and I have only 3 that hatched out of 12 so far...they where perfect too!! I hope I get more because I will feel bad or that it was my fault the rest did not hatch

Aww don't feel bad. It's rare to get a 100% hatch rate. Don't give up yet either. I've had a chick hatch as late as day 26 x

Don't feel bad. As @Tiana's chickens said, it's rare for 100% of them to hatch.

Try candling the rest of the eggs and check for the following:

• Movement - a sure sign that they are alive.
• Heartbeat - in some cases you can see the chick's hearbeat!
• Chirping - can you hear any sounds coming from the egg?

I wouldn't worry too much yet! Just make sure your humidity is 65% + and hopefully you'll get some more babies soon.
