New to incubating eggs

I use my own eggs and on occasion I will add new blood from a friend's flock. They are not laying great right now but I have a handful in my Bator.

I suspend my eggs over the heat, since heat rises. I stopped counting how many hatches I have had, homemade incubator still air, semi dry hatch. I just put these eggs in today..

top row tan egg Cochin buff bantam, 3 green Blue isbar eggs, 2 WCB polish, bottom carton, left top 2 Cuckoo maran eggs, 1 BCM/blue isbar mix egg, 2 olive eggs, one gray egg, bottom row 3 BCM, one BCM/Blue isbar mix egg, gray egg and olive egger.

Those are beautiful eggs. I am trying to do the rainbow too! I don't know who is more excited about hatching eggs, my daughter or myself. Lol!I think I also have that chicken math problem. My husband has already said that he is going to add on to the chicken coop. :)

I have the problem of if I want to add on I have to do it myself, then I catch "it" from hubby because I did a bad job, but at least it was done....

Ok. First eggs have arrived. The others are due to come tomorrow. Is it OK if I leave these ones out to warm to room temperature and then put them and the new ones in tomorrow night?

All 28 eggs are in the incubator. Temp is 100 humidity I'd 26
