New to incubating

I have had six eggs in my incubator now for 3 weeks and one of my eggs is black inside, the other 5 only seem to have a yolk, is this batch of eggs a negative supply

is it 100% black or is there an airspace at the big end?

The 5 yolks are infertile or did not grow. The black one is possibly a chick. Wait another day and see if anything happens.

probably not a chick than. Sniff it (carefully) does it smell? If yes, throw it away. If no, put it by your ear (in a quiet room) and tap. Any sounds of movement? If you want to hold out for the chance it's a chick I'd wait one more day and then toss it. Sorry for your luck Were these eggs from your chickens?
