i got these chicks from a local and some of them they were able to identify, I got some solid white ones which are leghorns, I was told the light brown one (pictures attached) was an Easter Egger, then there’s these beautiful black and brown mixed ones and they seemed unsure of the exact original breed. Pictures are also attached, I’m new to the chicken world and only own 4 Rhode Island reds aside from these new babies. I’m located in Evans Georgia, and any best guess you have is better than mine! Thank you for your time, assistance, and identification abilities!

Usually Easter eggers have colored legs. The light brown chick looks to me like a buff orphinton also looks to me like a lady! The second one pictured looks like a rooster (already has a pink comb) not to sure the breed though! He’s super cute as well!!

Welcome to BYC. Looks like the first one is possibility a Buff Orpington mix the brown and black could also be Orpington mixed with Austrolorp. I'm not to far from you I live in Augusta area. I have Buff Orpington Astrolorp Silkies and Brown ISA layers. We have a State Thread called Yo Georgians plenty of help there as well.

Does anyone have any more guesses on the breed of the last 4 pictures I posted?

the light colored one is a buff Orpington. Picture of my babies for reference. Ignore the silkie hen. 7328DED4-1DC1-4122-ABA1-9D97C547B53B.png
