New to Meat Chickens!!!

I am getting my first set of 10 Cornish cross Broiler meat birds soon to show at the fair. And I have a couple of questions

1) What does everybody feed them
2) what is the difference from Broilers, Roasters and Fryers
3)How much feed should I give them each day?
