New to owning chickens, in KY

That makes sense because the guy said they laid brownish eggs. I was too busy catching my serama chick to listen when they guy was telling my mother (who picked them out) what they were and then she couldn't remember on the car ride home. he said they were both pullets (but he probably just wanted to sell them lol) they were $3 each.... They were in a bin that had a sign for morans on it, but there were the three little seramas and then the rest were those black and yellows...but these had the most yellow on their faces out of all of them.

I just wasn't sure because they don't have as much dotting as when i googled gold laced wyandottes earlier xD
