I bought 2 peachicks at an auction on a whim September 10th. I've always wanted some and use to have some visit for years but we haven't seen them for a long time. I've been raising turkeys since 2006 and chickens since 2003. Ive also had ducks over the years and currently have 2 guineas. They were pretty skittish when I first brought them home but they have calmed down (as long as I don't handle them, haha). Their body condition and feathers are also so much better. Anyway I think I have a male (the light headed one) and a female but I was wondering more about breeds or what colors they will be if it is even possible to tell at this age. I think they are around 3 months old but never having raised pea fowl before Idk what their growth is like. The one I believe to be a female has a taller crown. Thanks in advance for any help!

I forgot to mention last night that the female has white in her wings. Not sure if that means anything regarding color.

Colors and patterns are totally different although patterns can have an effect on a color. The white flights you see here on your hen indicate that she is either split White or split Pied. Paired correctly and she can produce either Pied or White chicks.
