New to poultry owning

Hi we have 4 hens and a rooster and 4 Guinea fowl. They free range on our 9acre property in Tasmania. Our mail Guinea fowl started limping a couple of days ago and when I look at his foot, one of his toes is swollen and dark and you can’t see his toenail. He looks healthy snd hops/limps around ok. What should I do about his toe?
