New to quail first time hatcher

I aver cuturnix but I don't have button. I'm in Florida I would be glad to help you. We do sell fertile eggs as well as quail for breeding. Not selling to many meat quails at the moment. I only sale locally live birds. And haven't shipped any eggs yet so don't know how, that works. But if,you need eggs for hatching I get around 15-20 a day. Just let me know how many you need.

Are the eggs meat coturnix quail eggs?? Im all the way in Cali... Let me watch an utube real quick.I think they are shipped only through usps as live stock and i will have to pick them up. The package would have to be marked live stock too so they can handle with care.

It was recomented to do cortex because the very low sound and good meat, right now im appartment bound too.

Jumbo browns are cuturnix birds. From what I have heard and seen they are the same bird. Called different things in the south I guess. All the research I have done is they are the same. I have tamarans Texas a and m, and cuturnix. I'll happily help you get your quail experience started.

The white ones are Texas a and m, the solid black is a tamaran, the brown with spots are cuturnix. The ones with the red breast is a male, cthe ones with speckled breast is female, the tamaran in the picture is my female, I also have a male. I can get you any of these eggs you choose. The tamaran is smaller the a and m's are louder. The cuturnix aren't as loud and breed like wildfire

Ok.. When you say not as loud???!!!? Ive read that you wouldnt be able to tell there chirping because their so low key sound. The bigger sounds better how ever i definitely must be carful with sound as it is a concern as well.

The females are low key yes. The males will still do their call. YouTube male cuturnix mating call. You will see how it sounds. I know bob whites are a lot louder. If they are indoors you will be fine. I have a lot of friends who have quail at apartments and are just fine. And yes. Female chirping sounds like crickets.

I found a 3 step utube for shipping eggs... But how can you tell if you have fertil eggs?? The lady on the utube seemed really professional about her shipping. Ok so if you can watch the utube and tell me what you want me to do next. I seen a utube that said the eggs have to be in the incubator with 3-7 days the egge loose possible fertility each day.
