New to quail

Hey y’all! We have ten 5 week old Coturnix quail in various colors, with another batch of eggs incubating now.

I’m excited to hear yalls thoughts on our DIY coops, learn more about color genetics, and other quail-y things through everyone with far more experience than us.

Hello and welcome! I recently got into quail as well! So fun!

They are so fun! Most of the things I love most end up being related to how dim they are (like how they just collapse where they are when they want to sleep, or if it gets dark! ) but they’re very low key which I appreciate!
