New to raising chickens, Jersey giants and delawares

We are new to raising chickens. We currently have 10 Jersey giants and one turned out to be a rooster. And we have 22 Delaware hens. One delware ended up having gray legs and another has a deformed leg. Thanks to joining the 4 h poultry chain for my kids. We also 4 yard chickens that are separate from the others. We have 2 Rhode island reds a black Cochin and a buff Cochin.
