You might want to treat all the chicks for coccidiosis using Corid, just in case.

What is his activity level now? Is he vocal?
Can you put another chick in with him? He'd be better off not being alone.

He is active at times . Stands in one place a lot. He is very vocal. He wants to climb into my hand all the time to sleep.
We just took him out of the pen with the other chicks. We notice his wing feathers look like someone has been picking at them. His right eye is also shut . I tried a warm cloth to clean it and it still would not open . I was thinking about taking one of the other chicks and putting them together so he is not alone .

Try giving her/him some Nutri-Drench if you have it.
