New to raising chickens

Hi my name is jaylynn I have 3 beautiful children and is from mid michigan last spring while I was at tractor supply I came across ther baby chiks n ducks n Turkey's so couldnt resit they looked so cute n im now the proud owner of 12 chickens 3 Turkey's n a duck which brighten my day they are so nice to watch n feed them but this winter I sayy was a challenge but I only lost a duck for my male and they all are doing wonderful just ordered sum silver laced wyndottrs n 4 more pekin ducks hoping for a female since was told can't tell sex of a baby duck so here's hoping for at least one female lol I enjoy reading byc alot it has been a hudge help for me when I needed answers well that's me
