New to raising Peking Ducks and need advise.

So for using an old post but I wanted to do an update since it has been a while and to ask a question at the same time. First off out of the 8 ducks that hatched (which we only have 3 now), we think only 1 was a girl. Unfortunately we gave away that one girl to someone who has been raising ducks for a while, but that was before we knew only 1 was female. So after all was said and done we now have three which we named, and you Star Trek fans will love this, Kirk, Spock, and Bones (Yes McCoy but named Bones) Right now they are living in 2 tubs that we put together until I finish up my porch to use as a pen for now. Picture are following. Anyway on to my question. Spock has developed so red spots in the webbing of one of his feet (more pictures to follow) and I was wondering if anyone might know what it might be.

It's nothing serious. Just bruised from walking on a hard surface.
