We have purchased chicks from Urch/Turnlund and been very successful with them. The one thing I would advise would be to talk with him on the phone and to get a sense of what he has available in your timeframe; if you need February chicks for your fair, you don't want to choose a breed that won't be available until May. He has a large variety of breeds to choose from and I would feel confident expecting to show chicks from any breed he offers. If you do a search on here, you'll find a scanned pricelist from last year IIRC.
