New to the chicken world......

I just began my venture into the world of raising chickens, this last May. I have two Barred Plymouth Rocks and two Golden Sexlinks. I got them as Pullets and the Goldens have been laying eggs since the end of July, beginning of August. I have one BPR that is of the same age as the Goldens and have not seen an egg from her, yet. Are they slow to lay eggs?

They might be...! Out of my four Red Sex Links, Australorp, Easter Egger, and Barred Rock... my BR I believe is the only one not laying yet. So I am curious to this as well.
