Hi everyone! I'm very excited to have Finally Joined after a few years of reading old threads.
I started raising chickens about 2 years ago in Alaska. We had to move to Texas last year so we started all over. This time, we added 2 turkeys which hatched the other two we have. They imprinted on me and were as dependant as Children
they're a year old now and still let me cuddle them!
I currently have a flock of about 50. 4 midgit white GORGEOUS turkeys, Easter Eggers, Americaunas, Rhode Island Red, Australorpe, 7 French Black Copper Marans(3 roos and 4 hens) white leghorn hens, speckled sussex and a white leghorn rooster. He has fathered about 3 generations of babies and they are a gorgeous mix of colors.
I'm here to learn from all of you Awesome vets and thank you in advance for your input and guidance. I never knew I was a BIRD GIRL
! I love them So Much.
I will add some pics of my feathered family for your enjoyment.
Looking forward to chatting and learning from you all!
