New to the duck life

Possibly she is a He or you need more room and entertainment for them...Ducks are like puppies and need to play..

I let them free range during the day. They also have a kids pool to play in.

24% is pretty high in protein actually..If you want them as pets you need to drop down to a Turkey finisher feed with less protein..16%....

I was going to drop them down at 10weeks...I thought this was best...I'll look into the Turkey finisher feed

Pekin are fast growing meat Birds ...If wanting pets you need to regulate the protein content at around the six week mark...I would try feeding the Turkey finisher along with 15% scratch grains..More greens like Romain and free range...

I don't have ducks anymore, but I have chickens.. my group of chicks now had a bully also and I put a mirror and other items in with them all. They were very young, but it kept them busy and from picking on each other.
