What happened you said now 0 I want to Say Welcome to Backyard Chickens but darn did you loose your flock?

All but one. I gave her to a friend who has a bigger flock. She's still learning the pecking order but is starting to fit in over there.

I'm sorry for your losses, that's always tough. Are you planning on starting another flock?

Yes I am. I'm probably going with what I had last time but with a couple changes. I'd like to get 2 Barred Rocks, 2 Buff Rocks, 2 Australorps, and some ducks. I'd like to get Welsh Harlequins (2 hens, 1 drake) but I don't think I can get them where I live without mail ordering them. And mail ordering such a small amount is super expensive. I could spend the same amount and get 10 ducks. So I've knocked around the idea of just doing all ducks. But I'd like chickens as well. My fiance does not want 6 chickens and 10 ducks! And to be honest I don't want that many either.
