Since chickens are social and she won't get along with other chickens if she goes broody maybe you can get her a few eggs or hen chicks if you are only allowed a certain number of hens

My first piece of advice about that little coop (having had one of those before) if you want it to last more than a year:

• Paint/weatherproof every corner of it- otherwise it will warp, crack, mold, fall apart etc.
• Add more ventilation
  
• Raise it off the ground. Build a 2x6 frame the same size as the run footprint, set the coop on top and attach with flat braces. That will not only make the run stronger, it will hold in more bedding and protect the actual coop from ground exposure.
