I've browsed around this site a lot in the past 6 months and just now got registered. Sorry for the delay. A little info. I'm a single father to a precious 7 year old daughter. We bought 10 chicks back in the Spring and have watched them grow. They sure are fun to watch. I know that this forum will help me learn more and I'll be sure and give what input I can. My daughter has already named about four of our hens. We have 3 white leghorns, 2 brown leghorns, 3 cuckoo marans, 1 americuana (sp?) and 1 ??. It's relaxing and entertaining to sit under the shade tree after a long days work and watch them chase and fight over grasshoppers. Anyways, enough with my jaw flapping.
