Just a side note; you need to talk to whoever is in charge of chicken keeping in your community. Chickens are social (A.K.A. "herd") animals, and restricting flocks to a maximum of two is both unnatural and cruel to the birds.

They need to know this and bump up that minimum up a bit. I would say to at least 4.

I know a few people who keep more, I am going to play it by ear and see how it goes. I’m terrified to start bringing it up and causing a stir, the way the city is ran I’m terrified they will strip it away and say none at all!
