New to this and Help Please! These little boys or girls?

So I have a frizzle hen and these two little ones are her babies. I also have a silkie hen. These two lay their eggs on the ground in the corner of the coop and the RIR’s use the laying box. Here in the last week I’ve been finding 3 little white eggs on the ground. Used to be only 2...can the frizzle or silkie lay 2 eggs a day or is it possible one of these cockerels is not a cockerel?

It's very unlikely that one of your hens would lay two eggs a day. When a friend of mine wanted to find which one of her pullets was laying, she put different colored food coloring on each of their vents. She found out which one one was laying (her buff orpington) with no harm to the birds.

If you are (understandably) not to keen of having birds with brightly coloured butts running around, then you may want to set up a trail camera in your coop. You can then review the footage and see who's laying where.

Are you allowed to keep roosters in your area?

Best of luck, and :welcome

Ok we will try the coloring, good idea! Yes I live way out in the country so I can have whatever I want out here.
