saddle feathers coming in. I would lean roo.

All chickens have saddle feathers. With the vast majority of breeds, cockerels & roosters have long pointed saddle feathers. Pullets/hens have rounded saddle feathers. An exception to this rule would be Sebrights where the males do not have male specific saddle feathering.
