If it was just thin shells then yes, I'd say up her calcium a bit and see if it helps. But I don't like that cooked egg appearance of the broken egg in the picture. That's what makes me thing something more is going on. Unless that's just membrane? Did that egg feel soft or was it hard?

The other issue is if she retains any bits of broken egg shell she may develop an infection. If that happens she would most likely start acting slow and not feeling well. You can treat with antibiotic's if that happens.
 
The shell was hard, almost crumbled in my hand. I'm not sure if she laid an empty egg and i never saw it or what. She laid an egg two days ago and it was an oval shape and a lighter color brown the my others. I appreciate the imput !!!
