Hi, I'm new here as well. I've recently been looking into starting my own small chicky "farm"(no more than 4). I'm so excited and just can't wait. Honestly, I've been looking at 40 youtube videos all night on raising, feeding, etc, and it all seems so easy, and very rewarding. I eat pretty much anything organic and never leave the store without my organic eggs, but raising and collecting my own is something I've been wanting to do with my family for quite some time now. First things first though, are chickens aloud in the Graniteville, sc area? Quiet neighborhood, but I have a big backyard fenced in with a 6ft wooden fence all the way around. Hope their aloud... I might have to wait till I move though. Anyone know? Nice to meet all of you! Can't wait to dive into all the chicken info and tips on here!
