new to this world

Hello Yawl! im April and and my boyfriend Cj are very new and have not 1 clue as to what we are doing, but with anything we want to learn...
we had a baby hatch this morning from incubator and we were not aware of having to leave the egg shell with the hatchling, she seems ok but have noticed she keeps opening her beak so i am at a loss for what to do.... any help/info would be great... thank you
