You have to handle him. Just be slow and gentle. He must be treated and secured or he might not make itI'm just worried about him maybe having internal injuries. And trying to touch him or move him if I will cause more damage. Is there a certain wSy I can handle him maybe that would be better for this?
Thank you.Just lift him like you would any time.
Handle him as gently as possible, but you must examine him pretty thoroughly in order to know how to care for him. Chickens are pretty tough. Give him sugar water or electrolytes as advised above to get him through the shock. Be brave! We've seen chickens survive some seemingly horrendous wounds and hopefully your boy isn't hurt too badly. Good luck!I'm just worried about him maybe having internal injuries. And trying to touch him or move him if I will cause more damage.
