I'm gonna guess they are a mix. They are totally cute, though! I would definitely post updated pictures in a few weeks. I have some chickens in my flock that I have no idea what cross they are (and I know all the parents ). Chicken genetics are fun what you can end up with.

Guess we will see, I am quietly hoping the are mixed with either barred Plymouth or jersey giant.

Have 6 araucanas coming next week so looking forward to some interesting eggs, will post follow up photos

Could you please get a close up photo of the chicks feet. If they are just plain black then they are Jersey.
I have Black Jersey Giants so I can’t tell.
