New to Turkeys! Advice Please!

Hello, I am looking to get a few Royal Palm Turkeys when I pick up my new chicks. Is there anything that I should do diffrently? What should I add to the coop? (My husband is building a 12 chicken coop and long run).

Any advice is appreciated!
