new to Turkey's, odd Turkey behavior maybe?

Hi I got these 2 turkeys from family farm and home. They all seem to be getting along great they are housed with 4 pullets the same size. The 1however approaches everything like this and sometimes even will herd with oit being aggressive the other birds. Can anyone tell me why? I go in there and sit and it even approaches me that way. Also they didn't kbow there ages n e one kbow approximately how old they are by size? Thank you.

Hi all I have a beautiful young silver tip turkey. He is doing this thing with his head and seems to go into a comatose spastic mode throwing his head back and rubbing it on his back. It is really freaky. I can pick him up and he is still doing it until he seems to snap out of it. /Can anyone tell me what or why he is doing this?
