New to turkeys

Can some one help me? We have just gotten two new full grown toms. I absolutely adore them. But the one turkey was strutting and fluffing his feathers has now stopped. Is this a sign that he is getting sick? Seems fine otherwise. He is the dominant one of the two.

If you don't have any hens, he may just not have a 'reason' to display.
