You have Leghorns and Production Reds. They'll bury you in eggs in the fall.

I hope you're right! I am excited for eggs again!

Why do some of them have those long tail feathers? I tried to search on here but I don't really know what they are called! Is that a breed thing, or a sex thing? Some of the red ones have them real long and others don't at all. All of the white ones have longs ones!

Mostly it's influenced by breed. Sometimes it can be gender (males sometimes forget to grow their tails for a month).

I'll show you and example. This is a leghorn hen, notice the bil ol' tail:

This is another breed: Orpington. Notice that she's just got a bunch of fluff, and a much less significant tail:
