I'm not familiar with that breed, but if the combs and wattles just started getting red I'd guess pullet nearing the point of lay.

I not totally sure, but It looks like a pullet to me.

The comb and wattles are large and full of color for 12 weeks. It's a cockerel, in my opinion.

Thank you!! For sure not at POL as she's only 12 weeks!... The photo maybe makes ?her? look bigger than ?she? is. ?She's? pretty tiny still.

To my eyes, yes. My vote is for cockerel, but there are other opinions, too. So it might take a while longer to know for sure.
