I got a couple of questions my 9 month toms are picking on my two year old hens, they are picking the back of the hens head till they are bleeding. Should I wrap the wounds up or clip the toms beak is there anyway to stop it

You need to separate them ASAP and tend to those wounds. Sounds like the toms don't need a girlfriend right now. I wouldn't put them back together right now. Let the hen's wounds heal.
