New "used" playhouse chicken coop

I'll post up pics later of the nest boxes but the west facing nest seemed to be the favorite one to lay eggs in (for whatever reason they are all the same size nests) so I figured I would add on a couple more nest boxes on the west side. What do you know those are the favorite nests now even though they are smaller nests. ???Weird chickens? Something about the west side make it a preferred nesting site??

The other reason I added on more nests is I got more chics and raised them in a tote in the house for 3 weeks then partitioned off 1/4 of the coop just for them so my girls had two less nesting boxes they could access. Below still in the tote

When I made the partition I put chicken wire in it so the old gals could see the new gals hoping they would get used to each other and their sounds. Seems to be working fine because at first the chics jumped every time the big gals jumped to roost or squawked loudly but now they don't even pay much attention to them. The big gals also don't really pay them much mind. Hopefully this will help when the pecking order is started again.

About 6 weeks old

Thanks but all I did was buy what was left. lol Makes me think how a person will compliment a parent of a newborn. ha ha I do tell the guys at work when I bring them eggs that "I fertilized them myself" LOL The only rooster the girls know is my boys and I.
I do want to make another coop and start allowing them to raise their own with the addition of a rooster.

What do you think the chics are? buff orphington and red sex links? I did start a what breed thread on the new one's.
