When you say, 'ground', do you put these through a food processor, food mill, or...?

I'm sorry that I didn't see this post earlier but looks as if Tuffoldhen/Sandy saved my bacon again.

Like many other recipes there are a number of different versions. One of my personal favorite is the recipe Sandy posted but rather than grind the tomatoes, they are merely diced into larger pieces. But that is a matter of personal choice.​

Tutter...I just dice mine in the food processor til I get the size I like to use...about the size of store bought relishes...

Me&thegals-I was curious what green tomato you use? I use Green Zebras a lot.
