Steve pased the lake side near by Sweet pea ready to get stuff if she needed.

When he was done Sweet pea cuddled up with her eggs. "Isn't this amazing?" Sweet pea said

"I will not leave the nest until these eggs hatch and are ready to fly! I must make sure they are protected." Sweet pea said

Apollo had recovered form his injury, but still never fully recovered. Strenuous activities easily tired him and even the simplest tasks did too. Skye watched him as he slept by their goslings. Shadow was sleeping next to him while his sister Frost ate some grass. Skye had started taking over her husband's role of protecting the flock so Apollo could rest, but she had a feeling his days we numbered and made her feeling sad, worried and scared. She swam into the lake.
