I am a 2nd grade teacher and we have an incubator in the classroom. We are on day 22 with 19 chick eggs, I increased humidity to 65% on day 18 the temp is 99.6... when we last candled the eggs on day 16 all had live embryos. There is nothing happening.... any siggestions??? The class is very curious. I hope we some hatch.
Thanks

Do you have homes for all these chicks???

what was your hum% from day to day 18?? around 40% ??

Are your therm and hygrom both accurate??

sometimes it takes a couple of extra days for chickens to hatch..

they are chickens, right?? guinea and ducks take 28 days..

I am using a Brinsea Octagon 20 incubator so I think the tem and humidity are accurate.
From day 18 until now the humidity increased to between 60% and 65%. I added 2 paper towels in the bottom to wick the water.
Yes, they are chicken eggs
