(Should we skip to the hatching of the chicks?:))

Red came out from a little nest she had (let's pretend she was there but she wasn't really part of the story at the time.) and greeted the new hens. "You struck rich!" Red told the roosters and smiled.

Sarotoo laughed

Farley followed close behind. The springs were coming and he knew it by the chicks hatching under the chicken hens

(So the chicks are hatching now?)

Velvet ran over to Sarotoo, with five fluffy, grey/blue chicks and one was a mix of colors. "They hatched!" She said joyfully.

King Tut was happily helping Phoenix and Pat care for their chicks, Phoenix's chicks were very short and fluffy and all of Pat's chicks had crests.

Sarotoo smiled, he was very excited. He flapped his wings and crowed in pure happiness

"They're all perfectly healthy!" She said joyfully. "But we shouldn't name them right now because we can't be sure of their genders until they're teenager stage." She said.

Sarotoo smiled and nodded

Farley saw the new chicks and went to see them

Sarotoo let out a sort of growl/warning to Farley

Farley backed away

"Why are you warning her? (her?). She can come as long as she stays a little ways away. I don't want anyone getting too close." She said.

Farley is a male duck

Sarotoo relaxed a bit but was ready for any attempt to hurt them
