i am peeking at the blocks and wow I do love them

I have a general quilter's question for you long time quilter's. I'm having trouble with fabric slipping while I'm cutting 60% triangles. I use a non-slip product that covers the entire back of the ruler, but it's not helping much, tried the raised dots but they didn't help either. Suggestions please!

I used small pieces of peel and stick sand paper stuck to the underside of my 60 degree ruler.

Hi , ive really struggled to get these blocks square.
I want to run down to post office Now but csnt gind address, please can someone message me it.
Really disappointed eith how hard I found this, even rustier than I realised

My latest creation

it is a 10" block

thinking I should have used black for the accent blocks, oh well good thing I have a seam ripper, or use a red the pink is too far away or use black for the sashing.

I think black would give it a more traditional look, and a more dramatic look. Accenting w/ pink and orange (or orange /grey or orange / white) would give it a more contemporary look.
