New Year Block swap

Im going to start researching how to do this technique.

It really is easy, once you understand your sewing backwards. Just sew on the lines and your golden, no worries about seam allowance, you trim to what ever you want. I just started a few months ago and really like it. No need for special paper, regular printer paper seems to work just as well as tracing paper, and for heavens sake do not buy that pricey quilting paper.

Your welcome the other tip I can think of is don't be overly frugal w/ your fabric, trust me I've learned the hard way! Reasonable frugalness is okay, but if you get a little to tight w/ it you won't have enough when you fold over and then you'll have to get overly friendly w/ your seam ripper. ........................................................................... and ...................................................................................... ain't nobody got time for that!!!!
