New Year Block swap

I finished my Weeping Angel block, I am so excited w/ how it turned out!!!!!!!! Well over 300 pieces and most all my points and matches are perfect!!!!!!!

That just looks hard, pretty but hard :)

The pattern made it easier then it looks, though VERY intricate, something you definitely have to take your time w/ and just do one seam at a time. I have just learned foundation paper piecing, and have a habit of jumping in over my head on projects (I always seem drawn to the most complicated). I would definitely suggest at least doing a moderate block before attempting one this complicated to learn the techniques.

Thank You

. I'm so envious. When I get the quilting decks cleared a bit here I going to give it a try(paper piecing that is, for a while) then on to this sweet one.

The nine block's, we are to do one each week, colors our choice.
Thank you about the tree, I still am doubtful about it.

@katsdar did I miss something about a mystery box? Thank you too, this project kind of makes you think a lot.

@RustyHen no you didn't miss anything I'm trying to get minniechicks up to speed she has been out for a while.

@minniechicks yes we would love a sneek peek

@Kassaundra very beautiful, I expect to see your quilts in a quilt show some day, wow so talented you are, maybe we need to do a paper pieced block along no swap just learn together, there is a chicken block I'd love to learn to do and we could help each other. just a thought
