@RustyHen I keep looking at the fabric you used for the mug rug backing, I really love it.

I figure the blocks will be here on the 30th we will see how close my prediction is so if you are rushing to get your blocks done and in the mail that is the goal date as soon as I have all of the blocks I will sort and ship so we could have them in the mail by the 7th.

So we will have to see how long the blocks take to get here from New Zealand, will they take the Pacific route? anyone have a flight guess? Thank you to our overseas ladies for joining our swaps what a real treat to be able to say we have blocks from England and New Zealand. I appreciate all of our state side ladies too. We have from Oregon to Maine and speckled in between covered.

Mine are going today. Forgot the little bank here doesnt have foriegn cash and yesterday was Wellington anniversary.. so the banks were closed.
Not normally this slow, I promise. Its been a comedy of errors trying to finish these blocks. I recut my borders for a second time only to leave a seam width off at one end...arrgh, so clearly i was rusty! :he
Pouring with rain today , i cant go to work so I'll have to stay home and sew my mug rug. We had a big earthquake here yesterday, 6.2, I was in the supermarket... things fell off shelves. Today is nice and calm.
Oh and my first home grown quail chick hatched last night! :weee

Love love love all the blocks!
