New Year, New Goals: Setting Resolutions for a Fresh Start

One goal is to continue working out on the elliptical and doing a plank every single day. No days off. I don't recall when I started doing planks, but I haven't missed a day on the elliptical since I started on December 8, 2023. I also want to up my average step count to over 10K/day.

Another goal is to lower my cholesterol by about 20 points through diet and exercise. I'll see the results next July when I have my physical.

Another goal is to be at peace with the things I'm learning about myself.
