This is just from quick searches. They seem to be called 'eye freckles'. Some of the causes range from sun exposure to toxins. (Remember this is the internet). I would get an an ophthalmologist to look at it.

He looks at my eyes every March and has never commented on the iris freckles. I have had them for a very long time and they do not appear to be bothering anything. That image is from May 2020 and they look the same now.

Yes there are three types of heterochromia but none of them apply to iris freckles (nevus).

And pumpkin seeds too! Or is that worms? Might as well throw it in just in case!! Also ACV is a miracle drug!! Chug a whole bottle of that too! It might burn your throat but that’s okay because it cures everything!! Add some oregano and thyme too. And some sage. Might need to exorcise the Mareks and the worms.

Hi Emma. Honey, just smile and say Hi or good morning to somebody. They will say hi or good morning back, or will at least smile and nod back at you. You don't need to know their name. How you gonna find out their name if you don't ask them? I would not ask a stranger their name right away. I talk to people all the time whose names I don't know. I carry on conversations with people who check out my groceries. People like to talk, it makes them feel seen, significant, acknowledged. Realize the interaction is not about how it makes you feel, but how it makes them feel. Ask, how you doing today? Or, How about this crazy weather? Sometimes you ask one question and people just talk and talk. People are always looking for someone to LISTEN! Listening is a lost art and a great gift.

I couldn't tell of the names of most of the people I worked with this last year.
