Works for me. Sometimes I stick with a plan and sometimes I was just jokin!
 
2010 is the Year of the Tiger. I was born in a Tiger year so maybe I'm supposed to have better luck this year??? If I had more Fire to my life.....I think that's my Lucky Element...there is a joke in there that I won't touch.

We are going to concentrate on eating Superfoods this year. I also need to loose a bunch of weight so maybe if I start to workout more that will add some Fire to my life....

I also want to be more in touch with our budget. Hubby does it all now and I need to start paying more attention so when he complains I'll know why.

.....OMG! I just found out Oreos are NOT a superfood!!

I'm with ya Boyd- I want to lose weight and quit smoking- but every time I quit I gain more weight! I don't even recognize myself anymore

We still hike and get plenty of exercise through work- but those hills are getting harder to climb. I want to be around to see my grandkids. Will I make a resolution of it? Probably not- but I already started stocking up on yogurt and cereal

What I'd like to do is of course lose weight and eat better, but getting my diabetes under control is my main concern here. I'm a nurse and I know I make a terrible patient. I've known I'm diabetic since December 2005 and I have yet to get it under control.
