That's a good idea, or even a little deli or bakery that might use quail eggs and could use some of these instead? Like where they hard boiled quail eggs and slice them over a toast or salad.Is there some church, non profit or some type of shelter that could use the eggs? I know they are small, but sometimes it could be just the little bit of food someone might need.
Would you have a little market for pickled bantam eggs? A ton of eggs fit in a quart jar and you might find some buyers for those!
